New Things

Lately I've been trying to read books and hear songs that no one ever told me before. Actually, it's quite good to follow my own heart. Trying to find my own interest and getting know myself. I'm reading The True Naomi Story right now which I forget who's the author and listen to Endah n Rhesa, the new band that only content of two people. I have seen Rhesa before in Binus University and I'm right. He was in Binus. Hahaha. I read their biodata in their website. www.endahnrhesa.com. Nice concept, nice story, nice song and briliant idea for the web. Perfect idea from an indie band. I like them and become their fans since I saw them in O channel. They told the audience about the story behind the songs before they sing it. And guess what? They also have story for the album and they draw the cover by themselves. Every details have meanings and I like it. Very imaginative and suitable for me. My favorite song is I Don't Remember. It's a song about a man who forget about his indentity and trying to ask people where he is right now, but nobody listen. And then he hears someone whispering to him, "Follow me and you'll know what happen". Then he follow the sound. And he find out that it's a dog. The dog ran away fast until he has to ride a bicycle to catch it. And finally he dog stop and he remember everything when he saw his body lay on the street. He died because of trying to save that dog. Nice concept, guys. I really enjoy the music and the story too. They play their own music, too. Love it so much. Ok. Now I want to listen to their music again. Bye.

A Cup of Tea

I'm sitting in my room, listen to "Realize" by Colbie Caillat, thinking about my life lately and drinking a cup of tea. Haha. What a life.

Two weeks ago I started to work again. Went to school from 7 till 4. It's kinda weird although I always have the same routine every year. And once again I faced the week "full of tense". Last week actually was the time for me to met the parents and the children. I thought it's gonna be a horrible week for me, but the truth is everything is going smoothly. Thanks to Jesus. And the final day was yesterday. We closed the day with togetherness in fellowship. This is one of the best fellowship I've ever had. Somehow the preacher can change the way I think about God.

The preacher said that we, sometimes being burdened by the tasks that the religion force us to do. For example we have to read the Bible, we have to go to the church, we have to be kind, to do the good things, bla bla bla to reach the Heaven. It becomes a burden sometimes while actually Jesus came to release the burden. Everything will be impossible, because everytime somebody told us not to do something (sin), actually we will do it and it's natural because nobody is perfect. We were came from Adam. If we want to be free from the sin, never think about it. Everytime we want to quit and focus to that sin, actually we can't quit and it can be worst than before. But if we fix our eyes on Jesus, we can do all things that impossible for us. Think about Him, realize how much He loves us then you will be free. Only Jesus that can save us and bring us to Heaven. All the good things that we've done or things that we've given to Him will not be worthy. But, if we know and feel His love, we will be a good person. We will do everything that He says to us. We will serve, we will give without any burden, we will worship and glorify His name. Because He is good and worthy to be praised. Amen.
